We do not return or refund for change of mind.
All our rings are made to order and custom size.
Items which are deemed faulty can be returned for exchange or a refund.
If you do have an issue with sizing or a design please don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible or within a reasonable time frame (14 days) and we will be happy to help you to find a solution.
