Do i need to bring in my own gemstones or can you source them for me?
You are welcome to bring in gemstones or jewellery you’d like remodelled. Alternatively, we can source a wide selection of quality gemstones and diamonds, including natural and lab-grown options, to suit your design and budget.
Can you remodel or use my existing jewellery in a new design?
Yes. Many clients choose to breathe new life into sentimental or heirloom pieces by reimagining them in a fresh design, while retaining their emotional value.
How many design revisions are included?
We refine your design with you until you are completely satisfied. This often includes an initial sketch, followed by more detailed drawings before proceeding.
How long does it take to make a custom piece from start to finish?
Most custom designs take between 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and gemstone sourcing. We’ll provide you with a clear timeframe during the quoting stage.

Do you design around a specific budget?

The price is based on your choice of materials, gemstones, and the time and complexity involved in crafting your design. You will receive a detailed quote before any work begins.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required once you have approved your quote. The balance is payable upon collection.
Will a custom piece cost more than a ready made item?
Not necessarily. While custom jewellery involves a personalised service, costs can often be comparable to ready-made pieces—especially if you choose simpler designs or existing gemstones.
What metals and gemstones do you work with?
We work with all precious metals—yellow, white, and rose gold, as well as platinum. Our gemstone range includes diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, rubies, and many others, both natural and lab-grown.
Do you offer ethically sourced or lab-grown diamonds and gemstones?
Yes. We are committed to responsible sourcing and can provide both ethically mined and lab-grown options depending on your preference.
Will my design be suitable for everyday wear?

can the design be resized or altered in the future?

We offer complimentary resizing to ensure your custom piece fits perfectly when you take it home.
Do you provide valuation certificates for insurance?

Can i return or exchange a custom design?
As each custom piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are not available. However, we work closely with you throughout the process to ensure your design is exactly what you envisioned.
